Registration

Stop 1: The Grille - 16352 Hwy 431, Headland, AL 36345 Alan Hawkins 229-309-0159

  • Leaving the Court Square on Hwy 27 South, turn right at 2nd light onto Hwy 62 W (Columbia St.)
  • Travel 14.5 miles and turn right onto Hwy 95 at the True Value in Columbia, Al.
  • Travel 1 mile and turn left onto Hwy 134 and travel to Hwy 431 (four lane) intersection and turn right. Travel approximately ½ mile to The Grille on your left.

 

Stop 2: Southern Traders (Shell) - 501 Kirkland St., Abbeville, AL 36310 Scotty Glass 229-869-1245

  • The Grille is located near the intersection of 431 and Hwy 99. When leaving The Grille driveway, turn left onto 431 N and immediately back to the right onto Henry Co. 99 (turn right at SunStop).
  • Travel on 99 to Abbeville. Arriving in Abbeville you will see Southern Traders Shell Market on the right.

 

Stop 3: KJ's - 107 E. Carroll St., Fort Gaines, GA 39851 Alice Adams 229-220-0616

  • Turn right out of Shell station onto AL 99/Kirkland St.
  • Travel to intersection of AL 99/AL 10 (Hwy 10 is W. Washington St.) and turn right.
  • Travel to Fort Gaines, Ga. After you cross Chattahoochee River, take the second left which is Hancock Street.
  • Take second right onto E. Carroll St. KJ’s will be on your left.

 

Stop 4: White Oak Pastures General Store - 101 Church St., Bluffton, GA 39824 Betty Murdock 229-308-2401

  • Leaving KJ’s – go back to Hancock St. and turn left traveling back to GA 37 (Hartford Rd. – this was AL 10 until you crossed Chattahoochee River). Turn left onto 37 then immediately back to the right onto GA HWY 39.
  • Travel south to Bluffton Hwy and turn left at split off of 39. Sign will say “to Kolomoki.”
  • Travel to 4 way stop at Pine St. (Weston Lee Memorial Park) and turn right. The General Store will be approximately 1 mile on your right. TRAVEL QUIETLY AROUND ANIMALS.

 

Stop 5: Courthouse Square - 96 Court Square, Blakely, GA 39823 Julie Jarrett 229-308-2428

  • Leaving the General Store, turn right onto Pine St. and then left onto Arlington Rd.
  • Immediately turn right onto Hwy 27 south (4 lane) and head back to Blakely.
  • Travel on 27 into Blakely. Once you pass Days Inn on the right, turn onto 62 (Magnolia St.) to arrive at the Court Square/The 4th Out.

However, I accept the risks of this activity and I hereby release, and will indemnify and hold FRIENDS OF PEANUT PROUD, INC. and event organizers, their officers, staff, volunteers, promoters, sponsors, participants, agents, representatives and all other persons harmless from and against all claims, demands, liability, loss, damages, costs and expenses(including attorney fees) and all other liability of every type and character, including but not limited to claims for injuries to property or persons(including crippling or disfiguring injury or death), arising from, or incurred as a result of my participation in the PEANUT PROUD POKER RUN, and I fully assume and accept all associated risks.
